I've seen many high end builds sa interwebs and they are using 24pin extensions for cable management. If it were up to me, if they are using it, then it must be safe.

Also, ayaw palit anang mga cable extensions na baratohon, nipis kaayo ug wire. Kato naa sa imo link, nindot to. Palit pud ko ato.

considering na high end imong build sad sir like the psu you are using. wa ko na sweto sa psu pero if ma da nimo kay mag ask ka sa illa support sa imo psu if advisable but not recommended ba na ang imo buhaton na extension.
