The first component is the subconscious, or egos, which are a multitude of inner states, drives, desires, and impulses, such as fear, anger, pride, laziness, and negativity.

Why would want to destroy these? These are the traits needed for survival.

drives, necessary to get you off from your bed and start working
desires, necessary so that your work for something has meaning
fear, necessary for survival.. if you fear the snake that it might poison you then you'll do what's necessary to avoid it
anger, it depends on how you use it.. your show of anger will let the other person know how you feel and how passionate you are
pride, having it generates respect for thyself and others
laziness, mother of invention
negativity, i prefer being a skeptic

ego is not all that bad.. just view the bright side of things

it doesn't make sense. again, why do you wanna destroy ego? ego is part of human survival. all humans have ego, especially MEN. we are the main proponents of ego. without EGO, men are nothing but lame rats.

yes, maybe the right title of this thread is "how to control ego?", because there's no way on earth that a man's ego can be destroyed. if you attempt to destroy man's ego, he will confront it with his most powerful ego, then it becomes a cycle.
