bro, im very sorry to say that the DTI had already closed the Real Estate Salesman licensing karon lang jud.
We are still waiting for new regulations of the profession.
Many were changed after President Arroyo signed the RESA Law.

The profession will now be turn-overed to PRC
We believe the 4yr course is now necessary to get any RE license be it a broker or a salesman

actually we are too late in professionalizing the profession..
In there everything is in place.

REALTORS in US are highly educated, very rich people occupying a high-level status in the society.

In US, owners cannot sell a property w/o a REALTOR
So dili pwede nang "Direct Buyers Only"
REALTORS are even given with the keys for the house to be sold

but u know what.. with the economic lunge in US caused by RE problems, its not wise to be there for RE at this time..

but iconsider lang jud ang culture barrier...
in RE gud..u have to go deeper than sales...
its actually totally understanding every client and meeting their needs...

i believe you should master the RE field here before doing it there
