One of my clients asked me to assess this property as he was planning to buy it. I saw this house and it's already complete. Priced at 8M. My assessment was at 7M bare unit. What pre-selling price are you talking about? You are overpricing the property which I presume you brought from the original owner. It's bad for the real estate market in here in Cebu. You're driving potential foreign customers away.
