I'm sorry to say that whatever good he did before were nothing compared to what damage he has done to our country. I hope you won't take my comment personally, "gikapoy" but that's what I feel. He dipped his hands on the SSS funds among others.. He did NOT take care of the filipino people the way he should've. He could have helped more but all he focused on was on how to fill his pockets with our money. Peace out!
