she has a contract with abs-cbn and the judges didn't like that fact. pero naa sad ka punto, basin sad dili jud siya pang american idol material. she's not that versatile in my opinion. she's very good in ballads but when it comes to upbeat or fast stuff, murag di kaayo niya carry.

i think she was rejected (if i may use the word) bec. of her citizenship and her previous recording contract with ABS-CBN..a friend told me that part of the qualifications is that: one must be a US citizen and has no previous recording contract...perhaps, "American Idol" organizers were looking for fresh faces with no showbiz experience...

Im really really really sure na dili siya pang american idol. I heard her voice already pero di man jud na siya nindot jud. If she sound like Regine Velasquez, maybe. Pero Carol Banawa, nope. Pinoy lang na. If bata pa na si Regine V ug naa siya Family sa US, she would be a bet.

no doubt daghan pinoy mo supporta niya kung naapil siya. i'd be one of those people. pero in my opinion murang di man siya angay mag apil apil pa ug American Idol kay established na man iyahang place diri as singer. she's living her dream na. what more is she looking for? the price?

mao jud! ala Kelly Clarkson iya popularity (though so far, of all the winners, si Kelly ray ni sikat ug ayo ug nidako anh ulo)..and besides, i think Carol is quite old..i mean, knowing past winners to be teenagers..

I doubt if Regine would do that even if she were young. Remember that brouhaha before when she got denied AND blacklisted for a US visa?
