hi guys ask lang ko... im not sure sa akong thread title kung sakto bana

ang akong punto lang dli ba pedeng ma suon nang mga halo halo. burger, coffee etc.. mga dishes bana sud.an... sa mga establishement nga dagko ug ngalan.?

newbie pako sa negosyo2x ask lang unta ko ug patambag ninyo...

makiha ta ana kung sun on nato ang halo halo nila.?

i think wala may copyright sa mga large/small food chains and restaurants, ky inig kaon nimo wala may gibutang nga this food product is protected by copyright law....patent pending...or the like....

but its up to ur pride if ur a copycat or u r an inventor of a new food.

usually the food is not copyrighted, by copyright we mean registration sa IPO (Intellectual Property Office) except in 'secret recipies' i.e. how hershey's kisses gets their shape.

You can 'copy' but make sure to make some modifications like adding other ingredients or more. Make sure not to copy the name of the product being sold. (hello McJoy este My Joy)
