The personal contributions of such citizens is irrelvant to whether Proclamation 1017 is illegal or not.

If you disagree with the above, then the opposition (whom I DO NOT like) will just ask this question: "What exactly has GMA's administration contributed? Electoral fraud and the resulting instability are not exactly great contributions either."

Let's not derail the real issue with ad hominem arguments. If the issue is the legality and consitutionality of Proclamation 1017, personalities have nothing to do with it.

...kadtong edsa 1 ug 2...I don't know...tingali mahulog na to nga legal rally kay we are in a democratic country...majority rules...ang tingog sa majority will automatically become the law...then during that time...majority gusto man mawagtang si marcos ug si erap so mao to na override ang no rally law by the majority of the people...
unlike karon nga dili man majority ang ga rally...so mahulog siguro nga illegal...just my thought...

kahibaw ka bai... usa na sa basic right sa taw in a democratic country, freedom og expression and peaceful assembly. So EDSA 1 and 2 was made possible tungod kay ang mga taw was allowed to have a rally peacefully... onya ang naka ironic ron ang mismong taw nga naka benefit sa EDSA 2 mao nay ga tawag sa rally as illegal.

Petitions were filed to question the legality of the proclamation, But it is only the Supreme court that can decide..Give me an article of the law that makes you think that the EO 1017 is illigitimate?

i did not say that dili na prerogative sa presidente ang ako sulti... but ang mga butang nga iyang gibuhat after the declaration of the State of Emergency is illegal, ilabina ang pag raid sa Tribune.

yah...mao jud...pasangil lang nga mga concern citizens...prayer prayer rally rally anha jud tunga sa kalsada...ngano man gud diay if adto sila mag ampo sa ilaha or adto sila sulod sa simbahan...gusto lang jud magpastarring arun mamedia dayun...nagpakauwaw lang...they are all greedy of power...sorry nalang sila...kay dili utok bolinao ang atong presidente karun...mamatay sila sa inggit...

ANY dictatorship run by human beings is far, far worse than failing democracies. At least democracies have the mecahnisms that can be used to correct failings, if possible. tan-awa lagi ang allegation bai... ayaw ang mga taw nagpagawas sa allegation. Kay kong daghan pa ingon ana nga attitude sa una panahon sa impeachment trial ni ERAP, wala to siya ma impeach. Kay kana lagi pagpagawas sa issue tanan naa na motibo. So tan-awa kong tinuod ba ang issue dili kong onsa tuyo sa nagpagawas.
