    @yue:nag consider think baya pud ko mag abs diet.. hmm.. hehe..

    white rice vs brown rice.. if i remember... mas gamay ang gi process ang brown rice so ma himo siya ug complex carbs unlike white rice na ma hulog ra siya ug simple carbs (correct me if i'm wrong people.. )

    ang brown rice pasabot katong "humot"/kalinayan na red rice? or kana gyud imported na brown rice?

    lahi pud nang red rice. naay daghan brown rice sa supermarkets, imported ug local. i buy local ones sa robinsons

    depende nas timpla pchan. but it's a little bit of both. mora bag timbangan bah na kung heavy and slow ang progression imong ge circuit then mo tilt na sa anabolic side, but if it's light and intense then aerobic.. kung in between, anaerobic na.
