Kung nahan mo magpa dakog lawas cgurado a its not a 3 month thing or a year.. it has to be a lifestyle :P. and plus.. if magpa dako sad kag lawas healthy diet.. kaon daghan pero kanang healthy. haha mao rajud na akong ma ingon.. maskin unsaon nimog workout d sakto imo ki kaon d jud mo nindot tan awon imong lawas.. igo raka mo kusgan

my current diet is having a high protein meal as much as possible with less carbs 1/2 - 1/4 rice per meal... i eat 6 times a day
