i moisturize my feet at night and wear socks to sleep to lock the moisture in...i don't wear tight fitting shoes bahala unsa ka fashion...so i do not have kalyo in my feet...as in limpio jud ako feet...every couple of months i go to the spa for foot scrub...

for the hands i use lots of lotion after washing aron di mag dry...usahay kon naa extra budget ...paraffin sa spa....

Ingon ako friend nga "it's the skin's natural tendency to develop callous (i.e. kubal) if it's constantly rubbed or chafed, whether vigorously or not. We have several types of skin in our body. One of it that easily develops callous is the one we have in our palm and sole.

The best way to avoid developing "kubal" is to avoid foot or hand scrub, because, it applies the principle of rubbing. Therefore, you'll promote the growth of "kubal". Please note nga wa ko'y problema or have I anything against sa mga spa, ha. In fact, I patronise all of the services they provide, except foot hand or foot scrub.
