I took the exam last week. Nakapasar ko sa transcription exam pag morning then I took the proof reading exam pag afternoon. The HR told me tawagan lang daw ko niya the next day if I passed the second exam or not, but 'til now wala gihapon ko natawagan. I have a friend nga bag-o lang sya na hired dinha, ni start sya pag monday. Gi ask daw niya yesterday if I passed the exam or not, ingon daw nakapasar ko tawagan lang daw ko. Just wanna ask if pila kaha ko ka days mag wait sa call?

Hi. Babbleglass called to inquire if I was interested with the position team lead. I checked the website to know who their clients are, and other info. There are some not indicated in their website.
May I know who or where the major clients are located? America? Europe? Do they have Asian clients as well as local customers?
Currently how many are employed in the company?
Do you know where I can check the brief history of the company?
Are the compensation package and benefits competitive relative to other BPOs?
Do you start getting your basic pay during training? Or is it just allowance?

depende sa account nimo. ang transcriptionists ang pang daytime. outbound sales ko so fixed sked, 8pm-5am. pati pud mga proofreaders graveyard pud.
