GMA is just paranoid.
no kay morag i think subra na ka unruly ang mga taw ba and i think murag lagpas napud gani. ambot i think all the people are getting a big fuss out of it and they are blaming so much sa government where in fact it the big part should be played by the people of the philippines as a whole. ayt?
Unruly ang mga taw? By doing what? Having rallies? Well, an important part of democracy is the right of self-expression. Should we just throw that right, and the rights to freedom of speech and of the press and of self-assembly, just so GMA can feel good? Last I checked, the Philippines is a democratic republic. Since when have we become a fascist state?
Note that there's no strong evidence for a supposed "coup attempt". The "state of emergency" declaration probably damaged our economy more than the rumors of a coup attempt. The so-called "coup" to be staged by the Scout Rangers and the Marines was actually a plan by many Marine Officers to join the rallies last Friday, unarmed, to show solidarity with the masses. Is that sufficient to call it a "state of emergency" and drive away even more investors? That's paranoia.
ummm where is the drivel-mouthed CHEZ ESCUDERO?..is he afraid being arrested, reason why he's shunning out of the limelight?![]()
if the allegations were answered clearly... ambot lang kong na ingon ani ba kaha gihapon ni.
onsaon nila pag ingon sa mga military to stay professional nga dili mo apil sa politics... nga ang mismo allegations ni GMA kay ang pag politicize man sa military. Â*using them in 2004 elections, and even those generals mentioned in those tapes kay mao pa ang na promote og gibutang sa mga position nga nindot.
I saw him on the Sharon show with Mike Defensor of all people as I was flipping channels looking for more news on the Fort Boni thing. Though that was probably taped.Originally Posted by tolstoi

^^ OT: I have actually personally met Chiz and some of his family. I don't know about him being "drivel-mouthed", to use your terms... He seemed like a very nice fellow, well educated, friendly, acted very ordinarily, you wouldn't think he was a House official from his demeanor. I'm sure if he had happened to be a GMA supporter, you'd like him a lot.![]()
^and you think siding with Erap's camp made him any better?..he looks more like a talking puppet of Erap and the opposition...if he's in the administration ryt now his talent could have been handy together with Defensor =)
Did I say that? I just said he seems like a nice guy and maybe you'd like him if he were not in the opposition.and you think siding with Erap's camp made him any better?
Defensor? That guy has had his foot in his mouth so many times... he's an embarassment.if he's in the administration ryt now his talent could have been handy together with Defensor
