this is my first time i heard this kind of problem. suppose to be dili gyod unta na mahitabo.
anything is possible, theres no such thing as a perfect system
naa siguro problema sa ilahang routing...
i encountered this before but since i changed my sim wala na man to na problem. kuyaw to masaag na call sa akoa kay DENR og COA mga government office jud. mga 2 months to nahitabo then i decided to change my sim. so far 3 yrs na ni ako sim wala pa man ingon ato na problem.
I'm still using my smart but never experience this kind of problem, bcin interfence na depende sa location. But posibly na network problem sd. hope d ni mahitabo sa ako, hehehe.
It's a problem in the core side, meaning in the switches handling your calls. In these cases were you using the call back services or calling via access numbers? If that is the case, your calls are routed to special servers and soft switches to connect your call, the problem might be in these network elements which are based on Intelligent Networks which could have experienced "memory lapses"Well, they might have experienced some network problems, you better report this problem to them so they can act on it especially if your loads diminished because of this. They might not be aware of this problem unless somebody complains about it. It is useful to give details like where and when it happened, the number you are calling and things like that. A company as big as smart and as much subscribers, they could not monitor all faults in their network, they will be glad to hear feedback from their subs once in a while. Afterall, if they are concerned about their subs, they should listen to you. Another way to do it is to register to their webconnect, and once registered, email them you problem, it is faster that way. I got response from them on my roaming problem that way.
Hope this helps.
