the declaration of state of emergency was just right...this just mean that gma really means business... i salute her ..she is a woman with balls... it also mean that she is in full control of the military...

for me the root of this problem is the system of government...if we will not change it ...bawos bawos lang gihapon ni... one more thing kanang nag sge ug rally ..murag mao na man sgoro na ila papil sa kinabuhi mag sge ug rally bisag kinsa sgoro na presidente i bit mag rally gihpon na sila..bec..their is no perfect society...

in my personal opinion, kinahanglang jud mag-declare para mapug-ngan dayon ang mga tawo na naa bad intention sa gobyerno...gamay ra kaau ug rason why mag-change ug leadership sa executive department..
bisag kinsa ma-presidente dili dali ayuhon ang pamaagi sa gobyerno...we citizens should have plans to become leaders to lead our country not just to criticize.....we have no qualified right to criticize if wla ta nahimo para sa kaayuhan sa gobyerno...

btw, this is also the term that former dictator Ferdinand E. Marcos used before declaring martial law.

to those who said that it was just right, i wonder if you were even around during martial law. then and only then will you understand why people are against the declaration of the state of emergency. better yet, ask your dad or your mom and maybe you'll learn a thing or two instead of saying the the declaration is good for our country.

if they have suspects who they think are inciting to sedition... it's already in their power to arrest this people without resorting to proclaiming state of emergency.

I hope di lang martial law. dapat maging firm ni si PGMA para mirisi sa mga kulang sa pansin na opposition. Plus bitayon sina Cory Aquino, Mayor Binay of Makati and the rest of the opposition plus pa nang mga corrupt. BITAY sa ilang tanan!!!!

@pnoize2k6 i think a state of emergency was declared sometime in 2001? wala man ni martial law lagi... wala man ganahan ug martial law, kanang karon tama lang na para maSuppress ang what they deem to be immediate problem na power grab.
