overused is not the word though... since no company is paying anyone just to sleep... if you know what i mean. hehe. but to the sense of overused... you might mean nose bleed. it actually depends... if your happy with what you do or not.. contented or not.

anyways, as for qualfon and thus go with other companies... dili dyud malikayan positive and negative feedbacks.

ka lol pud ani uy..... try other call centers.... KUNG MO SAKA BA IMONG POSITION.... it will take you 5yrs or more para lang mo saka ug usa kag 1 step imong position...

hhhmmnnn... that i cant comment... but would share a little of what i think.

mostly people who work their way up are those with passion for what they do, that's why they strive and get recognized. mostly first impressions last... that's why they easily get a good positions.

others work their way up out of friendship's sake... which i think is a shameful way.

others prefer to jack their way up by merely sticking up with those in positions to be better recognized...

and there are a lot of it actually... others who stay the same always mumble... whatever the strategies of a company, as long as it makes the company a better one... then for me it is still possitive.
