Although dili man ko catholic (baptist boy ni hehe) but I have friends - GOOD friends - who are catholics. Nakasulod na pod ko sa catholic church and met a bunch of good fellas who openly welcomed me as a visitor to their church.

But I tell you if God wants you to "not to bow down to idols" then do it. I know we're not perfect but let's take it one step at a time. Plus the bible encourages us to be vigilant. We all have the right to question and to seek out the truth.

The bible as described by our pastor: "what it says is what it means." Kung feel nimo na mali na jud ning ginabuhat nimo then stop it. Ana mana siya. Yes it's hard na buhaton tanan - lisodan kaau ko na magbago lang gani (hilig gihapon ko mag girl watching hehe ) - pero wala man tay choice ana man jud ang gusto ni Lord.

So ani na lang para mareconcile tanan. Believe whatever you want to believe as long as you don't break any rules. I know it's hard but the rewards, I'm sure, are tangible.

dont worry sanay na ako sa mga taong pilosopo at sa mga taong palalo sa sarili.basta confident akong ipaalam ang nalalaman kong tama sa tao.

Brad I am with you all the way. But, if you want to convict someone who do wrong. Please start with your friends... Preaching these people in public manner = embarassment. No body will accept that without a fight... I mean if you have the burden to help others c the light do it with your friends... Forum/Blog is too anonymous your credential is nothing to these people.

I am not a person who goes with craps like these ... anyway, ask any catholic and they will tell you that they are not worshiping an idol ... now, take it or leave it ... because you have to enter into our catholic psyche to understand it ... or maybe you are like any convert from catholicism to born again or any other who suddenly saw the "light" even before understanding the catholic faith you have just renegaded ... don't worry, even the Holy Spirit can work in that way ... If ever asking for intercessory prayers from those who lived authentic catholic and christian lives,(and we call them saints, as st. paul would also write), is idolatry for you, then for God's sake, stop asking anybody to pray for you! ... now all those who have studied the scriptures would say, and here even many protestant scripturists (go to any christian bookstore and you can find them!), the Bible which to you is the absolute norm, should be accompanied by the SOUND TRADITIONS of the PRIMITIVE CHURCH! basin nakalimot ka nga ang written books of the new testament came many many years after the pentecost? asa na ka ani? samok na kaayo ang mga arguments nga maka divide sa katilingban ... show your good works, and we will believe what you say! without good works, your faith is dead, di man ni akoang words ... kay san pablo.
