bro...open pani..?? apply ko bro..
ang accenture unta oh, nice na nga company para sa mga IT. bsan ang mga engineering grad dawaton nila kai i-train man. but murag na freeze lang ang ilang hiring karon.
unsa na IT company sa cebu ang willing mo train ug mga walay experience pa sa IT industry but naa background sa programming from school? ganahan unta ko mo work ug programming but dili ko IT and ma discourage ko kay ang hiring kasagaran ngrequire ug at least 1 year experience. Naa ko background sa C, java and matlab programming from school but wala jud ko actual experience sa IT industry. If naa pa lang companies unta na willing mo train ug mga beginners but with potential sa programming, bisan gamay ang starting mo apply jud ko.

there's no such thing as "training" in IT companies. you learn as you work.
most companies are looking for smart and quick thinkers. humot jud kaayo ang mga cum laude.
if you are a fresh grad then let your grades be your assets in applying.
if you have poor grades den pangita ug backer or a recommendation.
Training*:
1 - depends on the capability you're rolling-up
2 - depends on project needs
Bond*:
I think generally, mao gyud na ang bond. But if you are an experienced hire, i think you can negotiate for it.
Freeze Hiring*:
In Cebu, as far as i know, yes. In Manila, they are trying to hire for some demands, but not as many as before.
*Inputs above didn't officially come from Accenture PDC.
Nindot..sakto ra sad jud aq decision nga diri nalang cebu mu-work..
