    my sister usually call the hotline for the loyalty award kay gawas na siya sa lock-in period but same ang
    answer they will just call within few days but one month na wala pa man.

    I was a globe user before pero ni transfer kog smart coz of their service...i was using globe before for 6 yrs den they didnt inform me bout ana ila retention ang nag nform nako ako ra kaila wen i went to globe sum1 claimed my loyalty award den it wasnt my signature...i tried to dispute it with globe cs pero nothing happened...got pissed of and transferred to smart..

    go tho their office and ask about it.. kung walay klaro pagtapok mo tanan na victim ani.. i adto na sa DTI kkay murag part man ka ha na sa ilang promotion maong nikuha mo. pero if ni basa mo sa inyong gi signan basin wala na ka state didto ang award2x. wala sad dag anan.

    i know that's the best thing to do, the only problem is the time, i don't have that luxury; so calling "GLOBE lies" CS is the way to get answers for me. what's the point of having a CS when they can't even help or just give an honest answer, they can just say "please go to the nearest BC so we help you better" -that statement will make them more stupid but that way d ta mu laum bah. it's so pathetic man gud nga mag make-up pa cla ug story just to kill their customer's hopes

    unlike smart , ang globe gahi na kaayo na muhatag ug free phone. ang ako gani ang bil rebate ang gihatag sa akoa ... 933.33 ang rebate ila mahatag nako sa ako plan 1200 plus 250 extention... dili na kaayo na sila mu apas ug customer. with a lot of promos sa prepaid murag ang ilang love for the customer sa postpaid has gone sour... kay tanan taw especially me ganahan ko mag prepaid nalang kay dili kaabot ug 1000.00 a month ako ma gasto... kay ako nag SUN ko unlicall and text tanan tao naa gyud SUN if naay mu txt and call sa ako globe ari ko sa sun manawag..... in short NAGKABARAT nana sila.
