ngayo unta ko info about PLDT weroam. ok ba na cya?
i am a weroam user and honestly i am not satisfied. the signal is horrible. i tried using it in my living room once. i face the wall and there was one bar of signal. i faced the door and there was no signal at all. i didn't even get up. i just turned around. so i called their technical assistance and they told me that there was no problem with the signal and that they did not receive any complaints from metro manila. so i told them that i am in metro cebu and that i am paying for the same amount as their customers in metro manila so i deserve to get the same service. their answer was "hehehe". i am just waiting for the lock-in period to be over and i will switch to another provider right after.
i paid for their 3g service btw. sometimes, it can be as slow as dial-up.
maybe not everyone has the same experience as I have but so far, i've only heard of complaints.
