I see, OK ra na bro...ako-a ra man pud nang opinion. I mean kung ako lang ba hehehe

Anyway, any check will do man kay di bitaw na pirma sa tag-iya. Bisan pag dili close nga banko, pwede ra man. Dili man na kuyaw jud. Mu check man pud ng banko sa signatory. Unless e-forge ang signature hehehe But mga expert man ng mga taga banko, ila man jud na e-check tarong unless if tanga ang nag check hehehe Hadlok lang gud mga peeps diri...kanang mga gipang-close nalang jud guro para safe...

No offense but don't you know that the first word being said from people involved in estafa/fraud is "trust me?"

First, you must have something in exchange for earning someone's trust.

Only remedy you can do is sign a contract stating you will not use the check for monetary purposes and it must be notarized.

another thing, i will make a contract that i wont use the cheque for fraudulent activities and encash it. it will only be used for the purpose intended. no more no less
    and ipa-notaryo

inig hatag sa cheque naa na pud ang contract aron legal.

i believe dli man gihapon motuo ang imo auntie nga tinood na nga cheque or ma encash jud na ang cheque unless naa jud ka mapakita nga tinood nga money.

It wont solve anything, mapun-an pa hinoon ang problema. And beside, wala ta kahibalo ang imo auntie nagbrowse2x dri sa istorya. sakpan gihapon ka. samot ka gubot.

I just hope you will find another solution rather than telling lies.
