Advise lang ... ayaw gyud nyo doktora inyo resume, labina sa transcript of records or sa job history. The moment mahibaw-an, kuyaig gyud. Pwede ra i-emphasize inyo skill set to match the employers requirements, pero kanang mag himo mog job experience nga wa gyud na experience ninyo bawal gyud na.

Naa pinoy diri sa una, gi doktor ang diploma ug transcript (gikan recto). Nangambisyon apply ug PR, nasakspan, disapproved, tang tang pas trabaho, uli sa pinas ... di na noon kabalik SG.

hahaha. ka luoy ana oi. ako wa jud ko padala anang doktor2x, bisan dili ko degree holder. ma bawi raman sad na sa imo 'expertise', experience, etc.. take lng pud ko certification sa solaris (2 ka exam) sa HP education, may gani ka pasar. hehe. para naa ika.puno2x sa ika suwat kng mag apply og PR bah. haha.

100k jud sweldo para ma buhi lng diri? haha. di oi. depende ra sa imong lifestyle. though mahal jud cost of living dri sa sg.

Btw. I just noticed an increasing encouraging/positive trend. Last week, I got lots of calls from headhunters here for openings in different IT positions in banks, specially Investment Banks. And just this morning I've got a call from my former manager who has now joined in another Investment Bank urging me to apply. Have Investment banks started hiring again? I know there were lots of casualties from CS, Barclays, etc. from previous months ago, I know some of them have gone back (rehired) ... anybody noticing this trend?

I hope the glory days are back again ... *crossing fingers*
