case will still prosper.......... if i would be the lawyer i will ask from the court to subpoena the girl..... after three subpoenas pag di siya mo show then ipa CONTEMPT. meaning prisohon siya to the extent nga mo testify jud siya......... and that is allowed sa atong law. she can't just say...... "dili nako kay settled nako"..... what does she think of the court? prince court?
