would you guys recommend hydroxycut? i heard it really helps but dangerous sad kay mo grabe jud imo heart rate? i mean when i do jogging/sprinting akong heart rate ma abot naman 177..

areobic and anaboic daw siya.. mao na ako gi apas kay as you may know.. very limited pa ako equipment at least ma isa nalng.. althought i think this is for cutting/toning/endurance.. nag tiguom pa ko para gym(super excited mode).. hehehe.. putol2x man ako traning.. cge lang na lingaw man pud ko sa protocol.. applying it to different exercises... hehehe..
