guys, i myt have same problem on a sandisk unit pero different lang gamay....
the autorun script shows 2 icons to open files but when you click on them it shows "Drive F: Inaccessible"...
when using My Computer and clicking on the F: icon, same message comes out...
when right clicking on the F: icon in My Computer and use the open option, same message comes out...
pero if you right click the F: icon in My Computer and use the explore option, diha ra ma-access ang mga files...
how can we repair this... gusto nako magamit ang unit for other programs...
UPDATE: I found this website with nifty freewares... downloaded the USB Virus Finder and removed the redundant Autorun file in the flash drive. the problem was gone.... anyways sharing the good news!
kon wala nay pag-asa, please give a step-by-step process for reformating a USB drive safely...
thanks!

@ryanel06 - thanks for the contri
the virus finder worked for me but i can use your tip for locating hidden files. i found a recycler folder pero it seems that the file there seems important, mao nga wala usa nako gitangtang.

i agry
to u sir!
ing ana sad ako pamaagi sa nangau nako og tabang about USB flashdrive problem or error!
more question..
someone mentioned na maguba ang and filesystem if dli eject properly, its not the case. u can remove your flash drive even without removing it safely, it works only if fat32 or fat imo file system, pede tangtang derecho pero for some reason like in my case where its ntfs, u have to remove it safely para dli maguba ang file system or imo files.
fat, fat32 = ideal for flash drives
ntfs = use only if u store large files(files bigger than 4 gigs, fat32 fat cant handle it) in most cases this is use for 8 gigs or more flash drives.
Most of the time, problem sa flash drive are Hardware related:
full capacity does not show(no hidden files)
does not load
cannot be detected
etc...
Hope that helps
Everyone, have you ever tried accessing your flash drive and then suddenly ni hang imo PC? Pag restart nimo dili na maaccess imo flash drive?
As in corrupted na or murag dead na jd.
Well, in that case use HP Drive Key Boot Utility.
Note: Using this tool will Format your flash drive. So erase jud tanan nimo files. This will work not only on HP flash drive but to all flash drive. I've tried using it in my Sandisk.
simply and easy...........
