    TRY H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) One way to do it is to increase your speed every minute for X amount of mins, then slowly increasing minutes each session or weekly. To ripen things you can use 30 second intervals and increase that way. MAX lang ug 20 mins when you do HIIT.

    im a skinny guy, got no probs bout my weight, but due to my work na cge ra pungko muna nka bil2x ko...i'd tried leg raise but i'd read an article saying na duna kuno side effect ang leg raise..how true is this?is there other way to work on my middle & lower abdomen?
