Make sure when you do cardio it's fast.. para grabe imo heart rate.. ayaw sad pag lakaw2x for 30 minutes. haha
ang weights sa DB nako for the past 2 weeks kay 5 (3 sets 16 reps).. when man ang progression for higher weights?

please help me systematize my prog.
I recommend heavier weight with lower reps (3x5-10)..
If kaya nimo increase og weights every week or two..
The current program im doing is
Day1: Chest Bicep, cardio30min, then abs
Day2: Back Tricep, cardio30min, then abs
Day3: Legs shoulder,traps, cardio30min, then abs
I would go for FF and Slimmers.
guys....i used to weigh 260lbs but now 178lbs nalng...kay nag gym man ko og basket and diet sad but my problem is this flabby tummy. di jud siya mawagtang and the stretchmarks...nag gym nako for 2 yrs ok na baya ako upper body....its just my flabby tummy jud....mura bitaw og loose skin tanawbn...di jud mu firm ako tummy na part....di na baya siya dako...kana lang jud...any advises mga kaistoryans? thnx
