seriously, since ni undang kag gym a year ago (?) murag akong tan-aw kung ga sige kag gamit ana imong weights which is really not that much, to be honest, hagbay rana na outgrow nimo. unless of course pang "maintenance" rana imoha or para "health" lang, ok rana, but to build serious muscle, there's no way maka cause nag hypertrophy considering limited imo equipment. kanang pama-ol expected na kung panagsa ra ma stimulate imo muscle maong mag repair napud siya, or, imo reps imo gipatas-an og maayo like 20-50 reps kana pwede na.
