I`ll go for con-ass..

Kaning con-ass sakto ra gyud aron mo development not just the major cities of our country, but also the small ones.. Including the provinces..

Maypa mag cha-cha. very small example: akong driver's license, didto pa e process sa manila and then e balik sa cebu. why not diri nalang? maghimo ta ato-ang processing diri (means more jobs, dba?). centralized ra kaau ta.

i believe some are masking their identity for a newbie account....

chacha is not the answer..federal system is.

if cebu woul;d file a referendum for a separate government. i would really line up to sign or vote.

and leave the pesky crook elitist manila government rot in their system

and leave us visayas ( specially CEBU ) and minadanao take care of out selves.

    tan-awon ta lang kinsay mapasmo!

cebuanos dont need anything from the central government.

we are a lot of skilled and talented workforce here

we earn our bread here..we pay our hard earned taxes here.

and yet our basic services from the central government are not met.

because we send our taxes paid to manila for them to corrupt!
