sanayan ra na bro, ako bitaw sa una ganahan jud ug sugar in anything sa coffee, milk etc... karon naanad na ko kay gagmay gagmayan nako dosage sa ako sugar... karon i can drink milk without sugar, coffee without sugar, taho without the syrup.. anah... but remember kinahanglan mag intake pod ka sugar sa imo diet once in a while... natural sugars lng gud from fruits, etc...
