Taho is made up of soy and syrup. The soy part is healthy. The syrup is made out of nothing but sugar so dili maayo.
Ni ask ka bro kung healthy ba ang taho kay basin masayang lang jud imong jogging basin manambok ka... akong question here is... how's your diet? are you eating the right stuff gyud? basin dili ka muinom ug taho pero 2 cups of rice pud ka inig abot sa inyo... dili lagi ka muinom ug taho pero gikaon nimo ang panit sa imong piniritong manok.
The point here is proper diet... do you eat small meals 6 times a day?
Kay if you dont check how EFFICIENT your diet is... useless gihapon kung istarve nimo ang imong body and shutting it down with foods you think are unhealthy but your system or process of dieting is not stable.
