    sanayan ra na bro, ako bitaw sa una ganahan jud ug sugar in anything sa coffee, milk etc... karon naanad na ko kay gagmay gagmayan nako dosage sa ako sugar... karon i can drink milk without sugar, coffee without sugar, taho without the syrup.. anah... but remember kinahanglan mag intake pod ka sugar sa imo diet once in a while... natural sugars lng gud from fruits, etc...

    To the thread starter sunda ni iya gibuhat , this is also what i do limit your sugar intake, cheat sad panagsa bweheheheheh as much as possible fruits instead of soda

    yeah i get what you mean bro, well mao ni ang akong diet. morning dili ko mukaon mga udto nako mukaon pero mga 2cups then inig gabie skyflakes lang ug juice. mao ra na is that a proper diet? or unsa man jud ang proper diet? unsay dapat kaonon? ug unsa orasa?

    honestly makacheat jud ko permi paeta lagi, mas maau lagi unta naa koy sundon nga program sa diet. kanang normal lang gud kay naa may nihatag nako ug program pero hasol man gud pali maghimo pa daw murag hasol gani kay i think pangdato ra to nga diet nga kinahanlan mo palit pa ko ug mga ilimnun nga mahal nakalimot ko unsa to iya gisulti.

    ok rana after jogging or workout oi. unless you're drinking a gallon, basin motambok ka pero usa ra ka cup, no biggy.

    healthy manang taho oi..ayaw lang palabihi sa syrup...
