Contrary to perception, vigilante killings DID NOT and CANNOT solve crime rate in Cebu City. Statistics have shown that the drop in crime rate was due to increased police visibility and checkpoints, not vigilantism.

also one factor in the crime drop is due to the unique rehabilitative efforts of our jails aka Dancing inmates that has been adopted by other jails as well...as i said before, ang tawo gitagaan sa Ginoo ug intellect. and that also includes the intellect to change...

Nganong e google paman, as to my definition, proactively LIMPYOHAN ang Cebu sa mga KRIMINAL... kay sa unya pa ta LIMPYOHAN if atong mga LOVE ONES ang MAMATAY (w/c is reactive na kaayo ta)......

para lage nimo, but the end doesn't justify the means from the eyes of the Lord and the law. your definition of proactive is based on wrong logic. Contrary to perception, vigilante killings DID NOT and CANNOT solve increased crime rate in Cebu City. In fact, it only increased it. why? Vigilante killing is also considered part of crime statistics. and even if we say it CAN, then we myt as well throw out in the trash bin our idea of democracy and make ours like NKorea or China or Cuba.

Please note that statistics has shown that increased police visibility and checkpoints did and can reduce crime rate instead. and rehabilitative efforts too. that's the proactive stance.

(1) Yes, we are following the rule of law no matter how emotional we are, what I am saying is Nalimpyohan ang Cebu sa mga KRIMINAL before MAMATAY emong LOVE ONES nga ga suroy2x bisan asa...

nanggawas ning mga vigilantes kay kulang au ang action sa mga police, maybe kulang ug budget and manpower or onsa ba. but we can't blame ppl y they support the vigilantes n i think many ppl do not care this thing to happen as long as they only target criminals. for me i think the big supporters from this r victims to the crimes happened nowadays where it can't be solved alone by the police. u can't blame them! grabe na au ang kawat, tulis ug patay nowadays. justice delayed is justice denied!
