How can it be ideal when there are countless unsolved killings?

Contrary to perception, vigilante killings DID NOT and CANNOT solve crime rate in Cebu City. Statistics have shown that the drop in crime rate was due to increased police visibility and checkpoints, not vigilantism.

also one factor in the crime drop is due to the unique rehabilitative efforts of our jails aka Dancing inmates that has been adopted by other jails as well...as i said before, ang tawo gitagaan sa Ginoo ug intellect. and that also includes the intellect to change...

para lage nimo, but the end doesn't justify the means from the eyes of the Lord and the law. your definition of proactive is based on wrong logic. Contrary to perception, vigilante killings DID NOT and CANNOT solve increased crime rate in Cebu City. In fact, it only increased it. why? Vigilante killing is also considered part of crime statistics. and even if we say it CAN, then we myt as well throw out in the trash bin our idea of democracy and make ours like NKorea or China or Cuba.

Please note that statistics has shown that increased police visibility and checkpoints did and can reduce crime rate instead. and rehabilitative efforts too. that's the proactive stance.

    (2) Yes u r still correct, pero daghan naman wala nasulbad nga KRIMIN... Try to research police stations...

nanggawas ning mga vigilantes kay kulang au ang action sa mga police, maybe kulang ug budget and manpower or onsa ba. but we can't blame ppl y they support the vigilantes n i think many ppl do not care this thing to happen as long as they only target criminals. for me i think the big supporters from this r victims to the crimes happened nowadays where it can't be solved alone by the police. u can't blame them! grabe na au ang kawat, tulis ug patay nowadays. justice delayed is justice denied!

Back on topic .... gi bulgar na ni MSGR DAKAY kinsa ang FINANCER and MASTERMIND sa CEBU VIGILANTES ?

Lets stick to the topic about MSGR DAKAY . If we keep on talking about VIGILANTES , a similar thread already existed about vigilantes .

Bro naay ni agree dire nga high blood ka. hehe.. and the numbers in the avatar doesn't matter. And when did I wash my hands? read the posts again. I never backtracked on my statements because I know the legal implications of my claims. Mao nga wa ko manghingan ug kinsa. You are master of twisting facts. hehe...Read your first comment who suggested the name of Tomas.

And you kept repeating on asking the same questions kay you fell into my trap and you became desperate want to get even. hehe... bro ug mat-an pakas pinya, mat-an pa sad ni bukag.
One word is enough for a sane man. When I said make your own guess... that's it. you cannot force anyone to reveal just to extract the information you want. Mora na ta ana ug Guantanamo! hehe... Di ba maayo man ka anang pangita ana ug inpormasyon, so research on your own. But like I said it is moot and academic kay naa nay ni presentar nga sya nag sugo to go after the criminals in the city and he will give a reward. Pasalamat ka nga ni presentar kay sulbad imong posas. hehe...
And if nagbinata ko, its not a problem with me, I feel delighted, I feel younger. hehe...
