Driver's aren't supposed to leave their vehicles in "no parking" zones. Either have someone else or park somewhere else.

i had an experience during a wedding reception i attended before in TLC(Talamban Leisure Center), the parking space of the place was full so one guest who arrived late had to park his car outside the venue(there was a "no stopping" sign). After a while, a citom contractor happened to pass by and saw the car. Since money was calling and thinking that no body was around, they immediately added a "no stopping anytime" signage on that place and started to tow the car, good thing that there was a guard near the location and reported it immediately to the owner. The owner went out and angrily argued with the citom that there was no signage there. The owner asked for there names but the citom contractors just left the car and ran away..

Salbahis ayu ang mga buang! pra lng maka kwarta, ingana.on na nla.. yabag jud ni cla
