In the even Erap insists on running and in the event he eventually files his certificate of candidacy, anyone can challenge it before the courts. Then and only then can there be a final interpretation of the constitutional provision supposedly barring him from running for reelection.

Other than by virtue of a court ruling, we can prevent Erap from taking the seat of the presidency for another six years. The best and wisest thing to do is not to vote for him. We should not even spend time listening to what he says.

i call people who voted actors as voters... as long a person voted because he/she believes in the capability of that candidate, is a valid vote.

Point of example, VILMA SANTOS, she's an actress... but look how she is doing in her hometown. Now can we say that the people who voted VILMA SANTOS as BOGO and ignorant?
