    4. About young Bosses - who else would you promote when your pool of candidates is young. That's what makes the industry dynamic and fast moving. Ideas comes from all over the place. There is some truth to people being sipsip or kiss ass or whatever you call it pero ma suya ma dead..hehehe

    Hahaha! di pud cguro ko masuya anang mga sipsip ui kay dili ko proud nga mapromote ko tungod sa cgeg sipsip. Mas proud cguro ko kung mapromote ko based on an assessment of my hard work...
    Makasapot lang gyud na tan-awn ang mga sipsip kay murag halos sila nlang ang muilo sa lubot sa amo. Murag iro na hapit but anyway if that's that's the only way they know how to achieve success then good luck to them.
