Is this the it (no pun intended) scene in Cebu? Why are the crowd generally dressed well compared to the ones I've encountered in Ayala and SM? I felt kind of out-of-place with my flip-flops and shorts.

P.S. A Jollibee worker named "Bubbles" also provider a short, but amusing entertainment. He had a pretty flamboyant and playful personality.
btw sir, are you new to cebu or not? What day was it? If it was a weekend then most likely those really are rich people in cebu. most of them spend their weekends in IT Park i don't know why, but i would assume for business or pleasure...hehehe
most people really dress up in IT Park but don't be out of place - i wear tsinelas/advan shoes and faded pants/shirts/shorts (not by design but by time) most of the time and trust me - people don't mind if you don't dress up..

and Bubbles? its reputation precedes it...(sorry don't know how to address it) I even thought it was Jollibee w/o the costume...heheh
