Default IT park peeps - YOWZA!

I was craving for a late night latte at Starbucks, so I decided to pay a visit to the one located in IT Park. It took me a short time to realize that the crowd were well dressed. The girls were especially looking pretty fashionable. It was a refreshing site.

Is this the it (no pun intended) scene in Cebu? Why are the crowd generally dressed well compared to the ones I've encountered in Ayala and SM? I felt kind of out-of-place with my flip-flops and shorts.

P.S. A Jollibee worker named "Bubbles" also provider a short, but amusing entertainment. He had a pretty flamboyant and playful personality.
