i used to work in a call center before. I have to say I had a pleasant experience working in one. The people, from the higher-ups down to the newbies, that I worked with were all nice. I even made friends with the guards. Yes, I have a number of gay friends there and guess what, they made the shift more lively... Plastics? No i believe they're all sincere. Kay hangtod karon bisan naa na ko diri sa halayong dapit, we still communicate.

naa bitaw mga plastic.. though, not true to all..
naay mga social climbers, again, not true to all..

lain lain ta og na-experience aning mga call centers and the agents ilang gi-employ..

    naay maka-lingaw sa batch.. pero
di man pud malikayan nga makabantay aning mga feeling kaayo nga people sah..
    girl boy bakla tomboy..

oh those are indeed Facts and I agree - one missing Fact though, it exist on any other industries. Difference is it is most evident in call centers.
    1. Because in call centers, gender, sexual preference, status, religion are generally not discriminated so you are free to show your true self.
    2. Freedom of Expression - people are not inhibited to express themselves however they want to - of course there are boundaries - Code of Conduct in dealing w/ others.
    3. Diversity - all types of people are their expressing themselves without fear of discrimination and you tend to get pieces of their attitude.
    4. About young Bosses - who else would you promote when your pool of candidates is young. That's what makes the industry dynamic and fast moving. Ideas comes from all over the place. There is some truth to people being sipsip or kiss ass or whatever you call it pero ma suya ma dead..hehehe
