hmmn actually ok man na ilang site.. basa2 lang sad mos mga forum posts indicated diha sa ilang page, kay naay times nga down ilang server.. i think it's an issue with the service provider, as their admin said..

ang ilaha man gud pamaagi kay ingani: nag subscribe silag unlimited service from the different netwoks, then i-agi ug gateway. then ambot kung ngano pud, gi block sa network ang sim tungod kay daghan kaayo users sa uphone, so sobra pas sulit ang pag subscribe sa unli.. hehehe.. so sometimes ma down ilang gateway for a certain network (usually globe or smart) until mo palit sila ug new sim and mo subscribe nasad silag balik. (pero ngano i block paman ang sim sa mga network, nga gi subscribe man ni ilang unlimited service in the first place)

for my experience, mo abot man jud. actually mo abot jud dayon, sometimes naa ra delay and it could probably be due to the volume of people using uphone, which probably lead to the queueing of the SMSs. anyway try sending to your own number para ma test.

pero ngano i block paman ang sim sa mga network, nga gi subscribe man ni ilang unlimited service in the first place

maybe 'unlimited service' isn't unlimited after all hehe
