Shipping from Play-Asia

well i ordered something from play asia on may 21st.

i was happy to get an email from play-asia stating that it was shipped that some day.

here the tracking of the package

21-May-2009 Hong Kong Item posted.
21-May-2009 Hong Kong Processed for departure.
22-May-2009 Hong Kong The item left Hong Kong for its destination on 22-May-2009
23-May-2009 Philippines Arrived and is being processed.


its is now may 31st.

what i can't understand is why it only takes 2 days for the time the package is picked up, scanned and shipped out of hk and arrives in the Philippines. but it takes over 7 days to get it from the post office to me.

btw, this isn;t the only time it has happened

did you choose to ship it through "air mail" or FEDEX/UPS, because choosing airmail (based on my experience) took 4 weeks to arrive here in cebu. while shipping through FEDEX/UPS only takes a day after the order has been placed.

from the tracking...the package already arrived in the philippines on may 23rd,

btw the first time i ordered i chose fed ex....and it took a week from when it arrived in the philippines to when i actually recieved the item.

maybe its just my bad luck

I tried ordering something from China, 4 days abot dayon. Pero bai you should understand nga stricto kaayo karon because of the Influenza A H1N1 virus. Basin busy lang gyud ang mga tao involved.

I've tried ordering from Play-Asia, diretso ra man sa ako.a ang package. wa naman mu agi ug post office.. Fed Ex ako gamit.. 2 days ra..

Every time I ordered from Play-Asia via fedex, it arrived on the next morning, not even 24h later...

as posted above, it is possible because of the pandemic virus spreading lately. but try to ship it either FEDEX or UPS, you might see the difference.

kung via post office unya dako ug value imo package murag sangit gyud na sa customs.hehe
pero if gamay ra, charge lang sila ug P35.00.

my last package was shipped via fed ex, and it still took about a week (from the time it landed in the philippines to when i got it) maybe next time ill try ups...i already did the other two..

btw, the packges are about the same dimensions. damn arcade sticks
