    thanks for the meaningful comments, actually i've been year & a half being here so far no issues - (i'd visited regularly to the clinic). Now what i'm really concerned of is that the taxes & concerned to the Law what if the Law stated that I did violate the rules (i don't know if we have that Law). Since, most of my friends advice me to file something that weaver i don't know what weaver they talked about.... I'm afraid of being pushed by Law.

    Why not try part time jobs, i think there are many offers available online. Or try to start a little sideline business in your current firm. Whichever you would choose, just remember to pursue life's essentials. Live and love. Good luck.

    Thanks for the lovely comments, i really really appreciated that. So far i don't have any issues occurred in eitherway, i can spend more time with my family during saturdays & sundays. I also regularly visit the clinic. I actually well organize my time between life & career. Now what I'm really concerned of is that the Law, the Labor Code, I wondering someday I penalize. Should I?

    Thanks iris_primsting. Honestly, i'm one of the IT on both firms. ITs actually are not really busy when all systems are automated. So, it's something like you can spend more time to sleep in most cases - you can just log-in, take a look at the status of the system for a while, & then if everything run smoothly then go to sleep as in sleep not nap & I let the alarm awakes me, if ever ther's issue. (i'm in the data center)

    Going back to the topic, since i'm employed in both firms, am I violate the Labor Code? Please help dig something for me from the Labor Code related to my situation.

    thanks YM24, I shouldn't take a risk about penalties not to my health since I monitored it regularly. When someone informed to consult a lawyer, i'm afraid to go direct. That's why I'll ask any of your opinion (may be you can help) first before i cut this off & one must prevail.

    please help me asks to someone who is expert, like a lawyer, so that they could just dig the labor code related to this situation if i should continue without any complexities.

    Yup murag ok ra labi na ug consultant ka... Just to be sure I'll try asking my mom kay she's an HR Manager siguro familiar cya ani nga topic especially the labor code of the Philippines.

    I guess no violation committed on this as long as you are reporting your income honestly and paying the income tax.

    kung wala naka-state sa imong job offer / contract nga dili pwede mu-engage ug lain na comp.. pwede..

    naa ra na nimo.. ma-regular pud ka sa hospital..

    wala man tingali law abot working in 2 companies as long as makaya nimo ug efficient lang gihapon ka sa imo trabaho.
