Working in a call center that is higher paying than other call centers does not make them greater than anybody else kay sa tinuod lang dako tuod sweldo ang callcenters pero wa gyud kay growth daghan pakag sakit kadugayan and usa pa call center ang kadalian ug sud sa mga taw na di magamit iyang course sa college or wa ba kagraduate sa college.
In short maski asa paka na call center ibutang pareho ra gihapon na... Do u really think mubilib kau ang mga taw kung sa call center ka trabaho![]()
Dapat they should be proud nalang na dako clag sweldo ug di na manghilabot pa sa uban.
O.T. lang ni ha pero libog lang ko ba kung ngano kadaghanan sa taga call center maski off na magcge gihapon sul-ob sa ilang I.D.![]()

i'd like to contest what some of you guys have posted here. sorry, call center man gud ko nagwork, and i think you're being unfair.
I don't think call center people are conceited (sorry, that's just what i understand with the "presyuhan" issue. it's just too unfortunate that your friend get to experience it with them, but mind you, it is still happening, call center people or not. don't downplay call centers just because you get to experience this with a few.
No growth in the call center industry? Modesty aside, I started as an agent in cebu, and is now a senior manager here in manila, managing more than 300 agents, with around 25 supervisors and 3 operations manager. i have underwent quite a number of expensive trainings which are for free. six sigma trainings? hmmmm.. went thru it again for free. Growth is all about AMBITION. Bisan asa pa ka kung wala kay ambisyon, wala kay growth.
Monotonous work? again, it depends on you. daghan kaayo nga accounts ang challenging. it's up to you to initiate DEVELOPMENT on yourself.
and lastly, we're not just proud kay daku mi ug sweldo. believe me, PEOPLE just don't stay in a job just because they're happy with the environment. that's not what we're working for. except siguro kung datu na jud kaayo ka. PROUD mi kay kibaw mi we have invested quite an effort to make everything and everyone successful. diri sa callcenter ka makadefine sa word nga TEAMWORK, COOPERATION. WE also get to understand people, and PEOPLE-skills are very much developed. Lisud kaayo ug please sa mga customers sa gawas, and we have to undergo the same process everyday. Ug lastly, we have SHARP minds and we have developed a certain degree of initiative and resourcefulness. Tanan issues we get to encounter daily is resolved.

If people act on their urge to brag, diha magsugod ang conflict. naa man juy uban nga gusto jud manghambog sa ilang call center. it's okay to brag; just don't put the others down.
