A loud muffler mod simply WON'T make a 125cc motorcycle sound like a Harley Davidson. What it WILL do is turn the motorcycle into an annoying noise polluter. I hear the Habal2x bikes roaring along the street in front of my house day and night. Excessive noisy mufflers should be relegated to off-road use only.

i think no backriders for those motorcycles without foot rest.
no footrest motorcycles = no back riders.

true for big racing motorcycles. this is also implemented on other countries.

i think i read that somewhere here in philippine's motorcycle rules/ordinance.
