how to buy a good keyboard

funny thing.. my yamaha pss270 ('80s keyboard) beats those cheap keyboards currently sold, hehe
i'm not kidding, i found some of the notes in those new cheap keyboards were not in tune.. i dont think my ears deceived me.. i suggest you buy a second hand yamaha, roland, or korg..

i think ang pinaka high end sa korg today is the korg OASYS.. used by jordan rudess, dream theater..

If you own a laptop or a desktop for that matter, go get yourself a midi controller instead...m audio could be one of the choices.



Its much cheaper and more powerful!

i have a quick Q, would a midi controller keyboard like the one posted on this thread (M-audio) play if it's just connected to a guitar amp? or it only plays if its connected to a PC/laptop?

i do plan to get one after i buy a PC..

^^You need to connect it to your PC/laptop, and you need a good software to run, eg; reason or ableton live. Or a sound module would do, otherwise its just a midi controller, no sound generator.
