    hello dude? ok ra ka? i wasn't saying that i was the one doing ym. all of us baya! wahaha... but seriously, i was one of the better programmers in the team, even my teammates can attest to that. wat m sayng s tht a gud cmpany wont allow or create a system wer d supervisors can jst do nd say watevr they want. it's jst nt ryt.

    f u rili want to join NCR, apply! modawat jud ka ky wa pa gani ka kasuod, murag loyal employee na pud ka. wahehe... pero i jst hav one question: f NCR rili s a gud company, y s it that there's at least one employee resigning every wk nd majority of d employees are unsatisfyd abt d company nd their jobs? i'v bn thr, i'v seen nd heard evrything. go ahd nd apply nd c 4 urslf.

    bitaw.. there is unfairness... but can't blame them. They don't know anyways. lol.

    Lahi2x man ug experience ang mga tao. Don't generalize NCR just because of some supervisor or manager. I'm not against you or against NCR.. but at least don't bash a company by it's employees. All companies have jerks. ^_^ timing lang sa NCR is that jerks have high position.. but that's true for all companies too. So it's not an NCR problem.. So yeah... akong point, good na ni resign ka sa NCR.. but don't stop or discourage others from applying. Who knows NCR is the company they are looking for. You may have bad experiences, but maybe that's not true for others. ^_^

    Brad, I'm not loyal for NCR but I'm just showing if I work anywhere (any company) I give 99% of my time not just doing some YM2x or even talking something that is non-sense. What I mean non-sense is joining, participating or even making worse on negative talks.

    Resigning? Look around you... Open you're eyes I believe not only this company having this problem...

    By the way, since nang-hambog man ka. Naa lang ko gamay e-sulti nimo - I don't need to apply on NCR or any companies there. I'm not working in Phils right now.

    Para nako.. I know naa jud politics sa NCR but then again bisan simbahan gani naay politika.. dili jud na malikayan kung naa people. Politics is the process by which groups of people make decision(from wiki ). Ang question is kung maayo ba ang ila mga decisions. Dili lang kay para sa usa ka taw or duha but for the company as a whole. Sa karon, kebz ra ko as long as I know I'm doing my functions(maau unta ang uban pud). So far daghan na ko nakat.unan dili lang as a programmer but as a software engineer. And usa sa pinakadako nga tabang sa NCR nako is sa communication nga part. Pwede man gud mi, sa amoa team, direct communication sa mga customers. Ask sa customer problems and their requirements then hatag solutions. See.. Dili lang kay maayo ka mo.code, kabalo pa jud ka mo.handle ug customers. Payts na kau na nga experience uy!

    pro basin dli cya nahan mka kita sa face sa mga jerks mao ni resign na lng guro xa...


    @ rAiN2308 ---k rana bay, i feel for you, k nka xp pud ko anang jerks in higher positions...
    lahi lng tag ways to handle these so called jerks...
