That should be the right attitude an employee should have. One step at a time, like meet the goals/targets then exceed expectations.. Hopefully ma evaluate then ma promote ka.. Slowly but surely. And when you are already on top, don't forget the people na naa sa ubos, they might appear to small but they have something to share and you can learn also from them

I agree with redplanet. ICT is not as bad as describe sa mga bitter ones. FRAUD. if naa pa ka sa company ron. BAGA RA KAAYO KAG NAWNG, galamon ka sa sweldo sa ICT. Nasayop gyud ang ICT sa paghire nimu ug MALAS gyud anG uban company kung i hire ka nila, kay mag-buhi silag VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, UN-ETHICAL, low profile nga tawo. If dili naka happy sa ICT, LAYAS kay WAY NAHANGOL UG WAY MAGUOL, para ikaw na lang pud.
-One more thing if wa ka mahangol ug 16K naa ka anang kantidera? ayaw pag hinilas kay empleyado ra pud ka. "kahig isang tuka ra gihapon ka" LOOSER!

Sorry FRAUD, im not trying to be rude but sobra ra pud kaayo ka. Hope nga before ka mokaon imu unta nahuna-hunaan nga kung wa pud tingali ka gadawat sa ICT ug sweldo, masudlan ba kaha na imung tiyan gawas kung ADUNAHAN mo kay pwedi ra. If you think nga the company is not the GREENEST pasture jud para nimu, RESIGN and have a GRACEFUL EXIT. (to TESS, sorry i tot ikaw si FRAUD)..peace.

murag ikaw ang naka low life sa ict redplanet2009, the way ka mo attack.pareha ra ka ni Fraud og ni liveadivsor nga mo name drop.And ni attack ka og person og dili ang issue, and so far while reading carefully sa thread, si tagaliloan og si avaya kay wala man silay ge namedrop .sa akong nabasahan,.tanaw nako naa kay mga disappointment sa said company and you are simply attacking those names you mention above as your defense. giving yourself a good name of the said company
and to think Incubabe praise you for being professional. If I dont know better,perhaps you may have acknowledge yourself that you are redplanet2009 on the floor as if you are speaking in the behalf of the company? giving yourself credit , as you mention youre working your way up to obtain a certain position on ICT

Istorya.net is here for us to discuss our opinion and comment of a certain thread created and there are certain times that individual doesnt agree w/ one's opinion,but we should treat their opinion with respect if you want to be respected in return.

I am not saying that Fraud and LiveAdvisor did nothing wrong , they have named names . (and to avaya and tagaliloan,so far they havent named anyone or disrespected anybody in the forum.And they (fraud,liveadvisor..) have certainly and obviously have some grievances towards the company.
as the moderators and administrator mention.,this is not the right place to get some action done.It MAY help,might be,could be.. but perhaps.but then again,if you want this issue you raised here taken care of,approach the right person on your department.
We are here to give our opinion and is a belief that may or may not be backed up with evidence, but which cannot be proved with that evidence,It is neither right nor wrong...
lets treat each other with respect and harmony.


ICT is a new company here in cebu (so i heard) and give it a chance to develope and so far from the recent forum its doing its job.And I know its working its way slowly and a day a time.

So hopefully let's focus on the issue and avoid personal attack on istoryan,They are not our enemy,nobody is. you and I dont know each other,and for sure you dont know these said istoryans.
