@Fruad: If you find ICT management team awful go ahead and resign! Sinsilyo raman kaya na nimo ang 16k (w/c brings food for your officemate's family), go ahead girl and resign for i guess you are too rich to work in a call center. I would suggest you to go to your hacienda and plant more tress for greener tomorrow makahelp paka sa imo unyang mga apo sa tuhod!

I am happy with our OM rachel.....
TLi's and with my fellow agents.....

okay ra ang salary.....
ang location ky accessible and most of all ky open-door policy
basta ako I will work my way to the top... karon agent pa lang but who knows, with my
patience and dedication I will soon be on top.......

That should be the right attitude an employee should have. One step at a time, like meet the goals/targets then exceed expectations.. Hopefully ma evaluate then ma promote ka.. Slowly but surely. And when you are already on top, don't forget the people na naa sa ubos, they might appear to small but they have something to share and you can learn also from them
