I checked In-touch and a technician came to the house to check if I can connect to their system using my globelines modem, and it cannot. I was advised to request globe to change my modem, which I didn't do because the one I have now is the better one, I was told. Because of this, I just used globelines VOIP service although In-touch would have been cheaper.
