maka sud ka sa safe mode? if yes, try ingon nila na system restore.

pwede sad ka mag reinstall pero hassle,

kapila nako naka sugat ani sa PC sa akong friend and usually mao ni akong buhaton

gamit ka ug OS CD/DVD installer para mag boot up then adto sa recovery console, then run a checkdisk with a /f option to fix or/and add the /v option kung nahan ka makabaw unsay iyang gi fix. so sa command prompt type chkdsk /f /v, then pag human sa process, type exit sa prompt then resart
