Simon did not look happy.

Congrats to Kris. He peaked at just the right moment and pulled off a monumental upset. No one can ever take that away from him. Kris couldn't believe his ears and was clearly dumbfounded, he was about to stutter something to the effect that Adam is so much better. Adam on the other hand was very gracious. Both were real class acts.

I still believe Adam is the better singer by a thousand miles and will go on to do very well album sales-wise. He's a real star and I look forward to his first single and album.

At heart, America is still very conservative and just wasn't ready to vote someone like him, especially with all those raunchy gay pictures and videos circulating on the net.

So until next January...
